These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
